Liverpool Independents’ BID | Proudly Independent ✨ Chinatown, Baltic Triangle & Ropewalks. Three areas with very distinctive identities, aspirations and needs, but one thing that unites us; our independence. We are independent by nature and keen to self-determine. Working together, there is an opportunity for us to take control of our own areas. Working as a collective it becomes viable to create a Business Improvement District (BID) as an independent organisation, owned by the businesses and its leaders in, Baltic Triangle, Chinatown and Ropewalks, directly serving the needs of those businesses.
