Indepth Solutions Inc is a rapidly growing nationwide title research and lender services company based out of Boise, ID. Founded in 2007, working out of her basement, President Jennifer Perez has always operated on one founding principle: To contribute to the success of the customers we serve, the people we employ, and the community we live in. Today, our headquarters overlooks the beautiful city of Boise and is home to 20+ Indepthians, where we perform real property title research and manage partnerships with our vendors in all 50 states. Our research clears title for 100’s of new and existing homeowners across the country every day.
