SECTORS OF FOCUS: >> Agriculture << Our agricultural merchant banking practice provides Brazil agriculture solutions and investment opportunities to both strategic and institutional / financial investors. Our agricultural practice enables investors to: - Purchase strategic assets that can serve as platforms; - Access proprietary transactions or ones that are off-market or in non professionally run auction processes; - Receive on the ground structure, tax, operating, and strategic experience and perspectives. We serve as a pre- and post-deal closing partner. Our agriculture practice is currently pursuing opportunities in farm finance, commodity trading finance, animal protein, grains, fertilizers, seeds, biofuels, agricultural infrastructure, irrigation, and agricultural production. >> Opportunistic Real Estate << Our opportunistic real estate merchant banking practice focuses largely on niche sectors of real estate with either a strong secular growth story, for example last mile logistics, or situational distress, such as real estate credit or opportunistic sale leaseback at the right time in the cycle. While we prefer acquisitions, we will develop dependent upon cycle timing and the development timeframe. Our real estate practice is currently pursuing high-yield sale leaseback and opportunistic real estate credit, both in Brazil.
