India Home is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to serving South Asian seniors with culturally competent services across the New York City
region. Founded in 2007, our organization has served over 5,000 seniors with senior center programs such as culturally sensitive meals, enriching programming including yoga, meditation, educational sessions, health and recreational sessions, creative aging activities, know-your-rights sessions, English as a Second Language (ESL) and technology classes, and advocacy among others. In 2016, India Home formed a case management department that to-date has facilitated access to public benefit programs for >2,000 seniors.
