At India Lets Skill we believe that everyone has a different skill set, but people are not getting a job as per their skill set. Lack of information is always there in many cases. Candidates don't know what to do after completing their qualification in Primary / Secondary or Graduation, Depending on that we work on developing new skillset of candidates, We consult them on how to proceed & what to choose as stream, we also create an opportunity to hire them on Full time or Part-time with our clients to support them financially & get some experience. We visit Slum, Colleges, Railway Station & many more places rather depending on Job portals. We also consult with parents knowing that parents are decision-maker of their children to understand the below scenario : - 1) How many earning members are there in a family? 2) How many are depended on them? After this evaluation, We consult with the depended person of that family & Try to understand why they are jobless. My Team provides a solution for them like Training /Briefing regarding jobs & We also ask them to develop skills if require from all government organisation / Institute like NSDC / Skill India & Free Training Institute after which we place the right candidate to the right place with the right skill set. Job is a major factor for everyone, but then also people are unemployed because placing the right candidate at the right place with the right skill set is very important. At India Lets Skill we believe that understanding client requirement & Job description is very vital, so my team always start recruitment after the understanding requirement of the client after doing a Conference call with SPOC of a client or we do one to one meeting with a client. On another hand, we evaluate candidates depending on skillset, Education & Past experience. We also train & develop candidates as per client need & expectation, so there are fewer chances of rejection, Doing this we met client expectation & more Job offered.
