My Team provides a solution for them like Training /Briefing regarding jobs & We also ask them to develop skills if require from all government organisation / Institute like NSDC / Skill India & Free Training Institute after which we place the right candidate to the right place with the right skill set.
Job is a major factor for everyone, but then also people are unemployed because placing the right candidate at the right place with the right skill set is very important.
At India Lets Skill we believe that understanding client requirement & Job description is very vital, so my team always start recruitment after the understanding requirement of the client after doing a Conference call with SPOC of a client or we do one to one meeting with a client.
