My Crack the Wellness Code Foundation, India Chapter (earlier known as The Wellness Code) is an initiative launched by Indus Wellness Code Trust in Apr 2021. As the name suggests our focus is on wellness in its various dimensions providing insights through a credible and centralized source of knowledge, in text, audio and video format. For the moment we have decided to focus on ten wellness areas such as physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, environmental, occupational, financial, technological and legal. The pandemic highlighted the need for us to be as healthy as possible and with good immunity to live a long and fulfilling life and our goal is to educate, inspire, empower and impact our community and make a positive difference in their lives.
