Edinburgh University Indian Society

This society acts as a forum to share ideas and encourage student participation in discussions, debates, and speaker events which are relevant to India in fields related to social problems, economic development, and entrepreneurship projects. Similarly, a major aim of this society is to create a supportive network of students with an up and running mentorship program as well as to appreciate and showcase the multiple values, traditions, and religions that exist in the country with members and students. This is because we recognise that India hosts various cultures and we would like to celebrate this diversity in Scotland.
