We bring together the industry, academia and the technology providers on a single platform to put innovations and existing technologies to the best use. We measure and mitigate the technical, knowledge and skill gap in the mechanical engineering industry. To improve the industry, decrease rework and rejections, we need to improve quality of production through optimum use of old and new technology. If not done, it is a waste adding to the liability for any organisation. Hence, only availability of technology will not lead to progress. We need people to adopt and adapt those technologies. And that is where IndiaWelds work. We pick up industry issues and challenges, get the best brains to solve the issue, work with management to production team and help the firms enhance its overall quality and productivity. Just when all are talking about how to make India ‘Atmanirbhar’, we are already into the path training hundreds of industry people in welding, getting the latest technologies to the table for adoption and working with the academia to understand the industry issues better.
