IndieShares is an independent film company that puts a new spin on the selection and funding of independent films. The first step in our process is to review hundreds of scripts. The highest scoring scripts are optioned and then we ask the general public which they think would make the best films. After voting, companies are formed around the winning scripts. Those companies then undertake registered offerings and make their shares available to the public.
