Indimex Group

Indimex Group, trading under Indimex Marketing and Trading, LLC was formed in 2018 during the advent of the Energy Reform in Mexico. It officially had its first fully transactional month in January 2019. The company setup in United States and then began transacting a year later under its Mexican subsidiary, Indimex Marketing and Trading S de RL de CV, in January 2020. Indimex Group is focused on the procurement, marketing, trading and optimizing of refined products and liquified gases into Mexico and other regions of Latin America as well as investing and operating physical assets in Mexico and the United States. The company is also making moves in the renewables fuels space and entering the hydrogen markets.
