IndoAustay Limited

IndoAustay is a volunteer-run not-for-profit organisation that runs cultural and language programs for both Year 10-11 students and adults between Indonesia and Australia. During programs, participants stay with local families in a home-stay arrangement. Our programs are as below: 1. Southbound Exchange Program Collaborating with Yayasan Mitra Aziziyah Sejahtera (YMAS), a six-week exchange program for 5-25 Indonesian Year 10-11 students from late July to early September every year 2. Northbound Exchange Program Collaborating with Yayasan Mitra Aziziyah Sejahtera (YMAS), a six-week exchange program for 5-25 Australian Year 10-11 students from early December to late January every year. 3. Student Immersion A fortnight-long intensive Indonesian language course for Year 10-11 students, entailing a balance of classroom and in-field learning experience 4. Adult Immersion Conducted by Balai Bahasa of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), a fortnight-long intensive Indonesian language course for adults entailing a balanced classroom and in-field learning experience IndoAustay Ltd is a public company limited by guarantee by its members, the Australian Indonesian Association of Victoria Inc. (AIAV) and the Australia Indonesia Association of New South Wales (AIA NSW). Incorporated in 2008, IndoAustay is approved by the Victorian Registration & Qualifications Authority (VRQA) as an overseas secondary school exchange organisation (OSSEO).
