Inspired by my personal healing experience, InDPink is born with a strong purpose of creating raw handcrafted -Kombucha to experience miraculous healing. In essence, IDP's aim is to awaken the consciousness of people about a holistic lifestyle by introducing "KOMBUCHA- a living beverage" in their routine.
Kombucha tea is a refreshing fermented drink made with tea, sugar, and a starter culture (bacteria and yeast); very well known for its detoxifying and energizing properties; originated in ancient China, moved to Russia and then finally came to the United States in the mid-1990s. Kombucha starts out as a sugary tea, which is then fermented with the help of a SCOBY. Sugar and caffeine gets consumed with time, and very little is left in the end-product. It tastes little sweet and subtly tart, fizzy like soda. It is loaded with essential organic acids, enzymes, amino acids, probiotics, antioxidants, and vitamin-B.
