Chaffey College InTech Center

The Industrial Technical Learning Center (InTech) is a Chaffey College regional training center that trains and upskills students and employed workers for in-demand technical careers at no cost. Our state registered apprenticeship programs combine on-the-job training and instruction-based learning, and include progressive wage increases as apprentices successfully reach performance metrics within their occupation. Recognized as a “national model” by U.S. Senator Kamala Harris, InTech Center is the first public-private partnership in the California Community College System and has served over 1700 individuals and over 150 employers since its opening in 2016. Located in Fontana, CA, we address two critical economic and workforce development needs of business and industry the Inland Empire region: the development of a trained and qualified workforce pipeline and the delivery of customized employee training programs.
