I take care of the technical needs, and if your project needs require, can effectively communicate directly with customers to make sure your agency delivers on what you've sold so we can continue to partner long into the future! I've done it all in this industry, and I've seen both what works and, more importantly, what doesn't. I can work with you to create a digital strategy that I take all the way through ideation, design, development, and LAUNCH! Then if your business needs continued support after the site is deployed, I can work with you on a support retainer to make sure updates are never left waiting. If you want to be able to manage your site after launch yourself, I develop sites using a "client-first" methodology and provide training so this is possible, but don't worry, I'm always here to step back in should the need arise.
