Inextrinsic is all about listening to individuals, capitalising on the specialist counselling, coaching and consulting skills within our team, to deliver deeper employee insights. We are about creating the space and conditions to allow people to talk and express their feelings about work-related phenomena in their own words. We work with some of the world’s leading organisations researching what makes their people tick, and replaying these lived experiences to management in order to provide the catalyst for behavioural change, thus assisting the leadership in retaining strong relationships with staff.
