INFAMA was established in 2000 as Auto Assured Limited, a Specialist provider of Road Rescue Services. In 2006 we added Insurance Broking services and thereafter in 2013 we re-branded as INFAMA and expanded our offerings to include Vehicle and Business Support Services. For over 21 years we have served over 100,000 members offering over 10, 000 rescues a year, our well trained, professional, enthusiastic and dedicated staff maintain a high standard of customer care and service 24/7 throughout the year. We provide members with a 24 Hour professional, customer centric service that focuses on relieving the stress and inconvenience caused by vehicle break downs and accidents. Road Rescue-Services are offered within Greater Nairobi 30KM from the Central Business District. Services beyond the scope of cover are facilitated and catered for by third party providers at an additional cost. The service is available for vehicles upto 2.5 Tonnes. The Road Rescue Membership service is either vehicle or individual based. Allowing the member to pick what suites their lifestyle. WE DO IT WELL!
