InFin Capital was founded in 2015 by Mr. Yehonatan Cohen, previously CEO of Clal Finance Underwriting, who brings with him over 15 years of experience in the Israeli capital market. During that time, he was responsible for issuing more than US$30bn of debt and equity.
Since founded in 2015, InFin Capital was involved in 59 issuance cases, raising a total amount of more than NIS27bn, out of which InFin Capital had led 29 significant transactions, issuing debt and equity in the total amount exceeding NIS10bn, for both of U.S. and Israeli clients.
