Lisa brings over 30 years experience as a health care professional, business owner, parent, and step-parent to her coaching.
At 21, her fascination with mind-body connection, neuro-science, and importantly, neuro-plasticity was ignited by the Louise Hay classic, You Can Heal Your Life. New discoveries in brain science continue to confirm that at any age, we can train our brains for happiness, health, and success by creating new neural pathways and fresh ways of thinking.
At 25, Lisa became the first female partner and director of one of WA’s most established and respected Optometric practices. Over 20 years, this business grew to encompass 7 locations and over 50 staff. Outwardly, everything was reflecting success, as she reached the peak of her career. But inwardly, she was depleted and feeling burnt out from the demands of juggling business, family and life. It was then that, after much soul-searching, she decided to leave the partnership and take a year’s sabbatical to pause and reflect. Working with a life coach during this time helped her to clarify a new vision, new goals, and new priorities.
Today, Lisa lives her purpose and passion helping others to find clarity around their goals, take action toward their dreams, and transform their lives for the better.
