Are you ready to discover your Infinite Power? My name is Jennifer Fernandez. I am a Health Empowerment coach for women. I am passionate about helping women step into radical self-love and discover their power within so that they can start living the healthy, happy lifestyle they desire. Be honest with yourself and see if these describe your situation: You feel defeated by your body image. You do not feel comfortable in your own skin You feel like you have lost a sense of who you are, leading you to feel empty You're stuck on a diet rollercoaster and have no idea how to get off. You are not sure what clean eating is all about and feel like you don't have time to learn. You are drained of physical and emotional energy and you're just tired of being tired. You are not alone: As women, we are born with what I call Infinite Power! This is where our self-love, self-worth, and empowerment start from. This is what makes us strong, resilient, and the Bad Ass woman that we are. Often society, trauma, and personal beliefs can get in the way of our Infinite Power and we may lose sight of how amazing we really are. We take on life in immense ways and get bogged down with taking care of others, and we often forget to put ourselves first. We lose sight of what we want and who we are. Our wants get forgotten or pushed to the side and we lose hope for ourselves. We let go of caring for ourselves and over time our health can suffer in big ways. By Getting back to ourselves, focusing on self-love, what we desire, and by changing our mindset, we can then - and only then - begin to tap into the Infinite Power that lies within us all. With the right system, support, and accountability there is still hope.
