As an End of Life Designer I use a pragmatic and heart-centered approach to offer end-of-life education and advance-care planning services. In my workshops and one-to-one sessions, I meet you at whatever stage of life they you in to explore, discuss, and plan. By participating in these sessions, you will become clear on your priorities, allowing you to live fully in the present moment. As a Willow Educator, the workshops I offer cover a variety of foundational and universal end-of-life planning topics, including: - Making Sense of Life and Death - Legacy, Love Letters & Heart Wills - Departure Directions As a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, I also offer Forest Bathing and Ceremonies to help mark transitions in your life. Whether it's a job loss, retirement, menopause, pet loss, divorce, or death, acknowledging and honoring these important life events prepares you to transition into a new stage of life. Planning ahead for your future — including your inevitable death —will change how you die and how you live, right here, right now, and for the rest of your life.
