In my workshops and one-to-one sessions, I meet you at whatever stage of life they you in to explore, discuss, and plan. By participating in these sessions, you will become clear on your priorities, allowing you to live fully in the present moment.

As a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, I also offer Forest Bathing and Ceremonies to help mark transitions in your life. Whether it's a job loss, retirement, menopause, pet loss, divorce, or death, acknowledging and honoring these important life events prepares you to transition into a new stage of life.
