InfinitU Consulting is a coaching and business consulting company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Founded by Linda Aiyer, we began as a Business Consultancy in 2010, focusing on Business Strategy, Operational Excellence, and Recruitment. Due to our love for connecting with people, and creating impact through people, our business evolved in 2014, to include coaching, training and facilitation. We offer coaching and facilitation un the following domains: personal mastery, team performance, organisational effectiveness and leadership development. Our clients span across various life and professional stages, including young adults, managers at all levels, executives and leaders, as well as individuals preparing for retirement. In addition, we work extensively with organisational teams and other groups where we tailor-make solutions that are fit-for-purpose. Through the years, we have worked across a range of industries such as financial services, automotive, public sector, media, manufacturing, ICT, and the energy sector, among others. Our Why: The name InfinitU, pronounced as Infinite-You, was derived from our ‘Why’- our driving force. We truly believe that every one of us is inherently whole, and has infinite wisdom, personal power and the potential to create the life we envision for ourselves. When we are able to tap into this inner knowing, we gain access to a world of infinite possibilities.
