Energy resources are being transformed today at a rate of 14-18 TW to sustain our lives. Human beings developed technologies to convert energy into light, mechanical motion, air conditioning, among others.
Energy Conservation and Energy Efficiency both are the two basic and simplest strategies to implement an energy management program because they are economically attractive. Energy Efficiency is involved with the application of technologies (active measures) to reduce power consumption on processes that cannot be avoided. Public lighting, wastewater treatment, HVAC, and steam generation, are some examples.
Our purpose is to help our customers understand how do they relate with energy, so they can take management actions to reduce their energy usage, minimize their dependability on non-renewable energy sources, and create a system tied with their current maintenance activities which will let them focus on their core business.
INFINITUM KS has to do with the idea of educating about energy management -avoiding misconceptions-, by taking end-users to a higher knowledge level, so they can make better decisions on behalf of their companies to reduce its consumption.
