Platinum Realty Acquires Infinity Realty
Platinum Realty in Overland Park, Kan., has acquired Lee’s Summit-based Infinity Realty.
The acquisition and merger brings the total number of Platinum Realty agents to more than 400.
“People frequently compared our two firms,” said Scott DeNeve, Platinum Realty’s President and CEO. “It is exciting that Bill (Baird) and I have joined forces, creating a firm that will undoubtedly have a tremendous impact on Kansas City’s real estate market.”
Bill Baird founded Infinity Realty in 2000. He will remain actively involved with Platinum Realty.
“I admire Bill’s business ethics and values,” DeNeve said. “They are aligned with mine. We both believe in hiring the best agents and providing the technology and other tools they need to best serve our customers. This merger-acquisition was an excellent fit for both of us.”
Baird agreed that he and DeNeve have a lot in common.
