Infinity Auto have been established as a 100% Automotive based call centre business since 2004 and operate in 2 locations in both the South of England which covers the whole of the UK, with a subsidery business based in Dubai which allows us to maximise a wide range of staff at competitive rates. Our main office is based in the South East and houses our main IT Support and business hub. Each contract has its own designated area which is exclusively allocated with the company's name. With some agents based on the premises, we have embraced the need for flexibility and have many agents working from home to provide a work life balance. Nevertheless, all of our agents are locked into our systems with the latest telecoms technology which allows the monitoring of all calls - their length and frequency - while recording every call made in and out from our agents.
