Influence Vibe (abbreviated as InVibe) is conceived to provide hosting resources for business and entrepreneurial activities in Toronto, consolidating connections among various Chinese youth entrepreneurship groups, gathering people's influence, and delivering opportunities. Influence Vibe focuses on showcasing the diversity of entrepreneurial and investment activities through social, pitching, and board-themed events. By switching themes, it aims to unite youth communities more broadly and efficiently convey information, fostering communication and collaboration among various youth groups. Since its establishment in December 2022, Influence Vibe has successfully organised or co-hosted 12 events. In mid-2023, Influence Vibe has strategically partnered with angel investors and venture capital private equity firms, offering matchmaking services for business projects beyond angel funding, covering Pre-A, A, B rounds, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs. The expanded services go beyond financing, encompassing comprehensive financial services, including corporate structure, equity design, licensing compliance, and financial planning. Influence Vibe operates under the management of Forward Capital Group, a private loan and investment equity firm that offers investors high returns of up to 12%. Consequently, Influence Vibe regularly organises events, primarily centred around financial topics.
