The Infomate group is an advisory group of professionals focused on accelerated scale up for mid sized founder led businesses in a variety of industries leading to exit. On boarding qualified prospective companies with revenues between 3 to 5 m we work with founder/s to measure, plan and deploy a 36 month roadmap and to prepare them for a liquidity event or exit. Our processes, measurement, access to varied professionals and mentorship drive growth and discipline leading to a solid foundation for an optimised exit. Kicking off with a series of deep dive sessions covering vision, market proposition, GTM, finance, operations and people we measure unambiguously where your organisation is in terms of the above. Using this information we then work with you to plan a 36 month roadmap to achieve the established goal and the changes that need to happen to drive this forward. Our monthly measurement reviews ensure you are keeping to the roadmap and we provide assistance where there is the need. Throughout the journey we might suggest some of our specialist partners to contribute focused effort towards a particular challenge (internationalization, product launch, operational issues etc.) offering a quick resolution based on their previous experiences. While we are not financiers ourselves, our network includes a number of financing options which we can bring to the table when appropriate In the final leg of the journey we will help you refine your exit proposition, ensure that all relevant check boxes are ticked and help you bring to the table potential buyers/investors.
