Infomed s.r.o. was established in March 2001. Its founding was a logical outcome of seeking the most suitable form for already functioning business activities. The company's business activities are exclusively focused on clinical laboratories.
Since 1996, our specialists have been developing the LabIS (laboratory information system), which is installed and operated in more than 25 clinical laboratories across Slovakia.
Since 2001, the company has expanded its activities to include the servicing of diagnostic laboratory equipment. Our service technicians provide services for over 500 such devices.
In 2011, our company became a certified service partner of Siemens.
Today, Infomed s.r.o. is the exclusive service partner of Siemens for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics equipment supplied to various types of clinical laboratories throughout Slovakia.
In February 2015, Infomed s.r.o. successfully implemented quality management policies and obtained certification according to the STN EN ISO 9001:2009 standard.
In January 2018, Infomed s.r.o. was awarded the "Service Quality Excellence Award" by Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics GmbH for long-term quality service to customers.
