Our online programs provide detailed education on the causes, effects, treatments and life-style adjustments necessary to enable patients with chronic conditions to improve their health through proven, digitally supported educational methods. In addition, our programs provide robust reports to healthcare providers on their patients’ progress and understanding of our self-management programs. This enables providers to address any deficiencies in patients’ comprehension of their prescribed patient education programs. InformedCare will primarily use direct sales and also resellers to provide its self-management programs to hospitals and healthcare providers, who in turn can prescribe them to patients with chronic disease.
