Services that can be provided include: • Short term consultancy support: providing advice in respect of: o Preparing preliminary feasibility assessments of privately financed infrastructure schemes o evaluating different strategic options for mobility projects and businesses by acting as “sparring partner” o assisting in investigating potential acquisitions concerning car related mobility activities • Managerial roles in dedicated project teams for the development of complex privately financed infrastructure projects (PPP) within an international context (animating teams in project structuring, procurement, company set up & processes, financing, ...) • Interim/transition management functions for mature start-ups in the area of road mobility service companies linked to for example congestion charging & tolling dealing with strategy, team animation & motivation and the set-up of management processes • Board positions for PPP concessions or for tolling and parking enforcement related activities
