ISG SEEKS WATER & WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE COMPANIES & PARTNERS In February 2018, ISG acquired majority interest of 2 private companies in the buried pipeline water and wastewater infrastructure space, each with 20-plus years of experience and proven track records of success. In 2021 ISG acquired another company in Rhode Island to add to the portfolio of companies. They now operate as standalone subsidiaries of ISG, which is seeking other such companies to join Infrastructure Services Group via majority acquisitions or strategic partnerships.
