In 2021, frustrated by the inevitable delays and cost blow-outs in the development industry, we established ISNZ with the aim of improving the way new utility infrastructure is installed and operated in New Zealand. Our simple idea was to ask what would our industry look like if we put our customers at the centre of our business, and worked with them to design everything around them and their needs? Unburdened by legacy technology, geographical constraints or time-consuming layers of decision making, and with a laser focus on delivering for each individual customer’s project needs, we sought and gained electricity operator status to operate as one of the new breed of utilities providers - providing a genuine alternative to the long-established businesses currently operating within New Zealand. Our specialist teams design, install, liven, maintain and operate electricity, fibre and water infrastructure for clients across New Zealand, reducing cost and time to deliver, increasing responsiveness, as well as reducing risk and making the whole client experience less stressful.
