Our main means of service is on-site, that is, in the customer's workplace, but we also use remote service and Help-Desk a lot. With remote service, we were able to decrease to an almost immediate level, the time between the call and the effective solution of the problem. In the Help-Desk, the service is immediate, if we do not find the solution of the problem, a service order will be opened and a professional will go to the Customer Site.
