Infundo focuses on systems thinking for sustainable change. We work with schools all over the country; using processes to assist them to overcome the barriers to providing exceptional education. We use our experience in psycho-dynamic profiling; innovative application of systems methodologies; process thinking; individual and team coaching to turn good schools into great; stuck schools into fluid energetic places of learning and great schools into conscious learning environments. Whilst continually refining this model we also work in catalytic nodes within the education system for scaling impact. We are currently developing models for training coaches and education specialists to use our methodologies for greater impact across multiple schools and Districts. Our goal is systems transformation; including the healing of systems trauma; for wide scale growth and change. We partner with clients and funders who share these values with us; and we are privileged to work with people who are passionate about our country.
