Ingage FM Sales Training was born through industry leaders identifying a skills gap in the cleaning industry and having the hunger and passion to do something about it! The Co-Founders' combined first hand experiences have highlighted the challenges to recruit and train Sales professionals within the FM market and in particular the Cleaning Industry, which has been the catalyst for the creation of ‘ingage FM’ and ‘ingage FM Sales Training - Cleaning’. Our primary FM training course, ‘ingage FM Sales Training - Cleaning’ takes place over three days and provides not only sales training, but also an introduction to the FM and Cleaning world. This innovative training course will make it more viable for companies to comfortably employ fresh blood within their businesses and our industry, with ingage FM Training by their side providing the training foundations they need to succeed!
