Ingeniera Foundation by Latina Engineer

The Ingeniera Foundation is dedicated to empowering Latinas in Engineering by providing essential resources and opportunities for their professional and educational growth. Through strategic fundraising efforts, the organization hosts an annual conference that serves as a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and inspiration. Additionally, we run a mentoring program that pairs experienced professionals with aspiring Latina engineers, fostering mentorship and guidance. The nonprofit also allocates funds for scholarships, enabling Latinas in Engineering to pursue higher education and achieve their career goals.
