The Group started life in 1985, growing organically to establish itself as a bespoke house builder within Essex and Suffolk. With the continual growth and complexity of the planning legislation Ingleton Group has assembled a wealth of knowledge in planning law and policy, which has turned the company focus over the last ten years to its forward land buying, strategic developments and private investor portfolio. Renewable energy and obligations have become a necessity for all developers in recent years. Ingleton Group has taken the initiative to move into the Renewable Energy market in order to ensure a local solution to energy production as part of its larger strategic development schemes.
