ABOUT US Inkludera is a non-profit that selects and works with strong social innovations developed at the grass root level. Together with the entrepreneurs behind these innovations we build financially sustainable and scalable organizations. Our aim is that new ideas become national solutions. To achieve this, we believe collaboration with the public sector is crucial. SOCIAL INNOVATIONS BECOME NATIONAL SOLUTIONS Inkludera's goal is for every individual in Sweden to participate and contribute to society. We achieve our vision by selecting and working with entrepreneurs who have developed innovative solutions to social challenges. These solutions are based on experience from and understanding of the target group. Our long-term partnership with the entrepreneur and his/her organisation is built on a close relationship where Inkludera provides strategic and operational advice in every aspect of the organisation, e.g. strategy, business development, organisation development, HR, finance and impact measurement. We see the public sector as the strongest platform for spreading solutions to social challenges and have therefore developed a model where the public sector purchases solutions from the organizations, and where costs are shared by the public sector, companies, foundations and donors. Inkludera’s investment is not financial, but rather a long-term, intensive pro bono partnership where knowledge, skills and time are our main contribution. Our return is social impact. We believe that by inclusion is the key to building a safer, more productive Sweden.
