InLog Order Preparation and Storage System is an order preparation system that can prepare multiple orders simultaneously for e-trade operations.
- The system software can be integrated with e-trade software and ERP/Warehouse Management systems to facilitate correct order preparation.
- Goods that are stored in Bins located in shelves are retrieved via shuttles and vertical lifts to the order preparation stations (GTP’s) at the end of the system.
- At GTP’s, goods have been put into customer baskets by operators according to the order disposition.
- The system can hold up to 2.000 bins and around 1.500 SKU’s depending on the client requirements.
InLog Order Preparation and Storage System consists of
- Shuttle Robot; that can move horizontally on track and retrieve bins up to 30 kg from shelves and convey to the end of isle.
- Vertical Lift; that can take the bins from shuttles and bring to the GTP level and load on the conveyors of the GTP.
- Order Preparation Station (GTP); that consists of conveyors and pick to light system that leads the operator to place correct number of goods to customer baskets per customer order.
- System software; runs the entire system per optimization algorithms.
InLog Order Preparation and Storage System Features
