Multi-Shot technology involves the progressive molding of multiple materials, components and/or colors in one mold and one operation. Most applications of this process involve the use of bonding materials. We have long experience in this type of injection molding, and are recognized across many industries for our capabilities. Our leading edge In-Mold Assembly technology allows us to employ non-bonding materials to manufacture high quality, fully functional, articulating, multiple component assemblies without the need for post mold assembly. This means that each time the mold opens, a fully assembled and functional part exits the mold ready to ship.
