The IDG Global Unlearning Network aims to promote unlearning as a key skill, facilitating personal and organizational transformation by providing frameworks and resources for individuals and organizations to unlearn ego-system thinking and embrace eco-system awareness. We are part of the Inner Development Goals global initiative—a blueprint of the capabilities, qualities, and skills needed to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. We believe that inner development is essential for transformational outer change.
Our target audience includes business leaders and executives, educators and researchers, NGOs and social entrepreneurs, as well as students and emerging youth leaders. We aspire to foster a cultural shift in leadership, empower individuals, and encourage cross-cultural collaboration to address global challenges through the lens of unlearning.
The IDG Global Unlearning Network is an initiative led by Dr. Gerasimos Kouvaras, supported by the World Human Forum in academic partnership with the Alba Graduate Business School / ALBA Executive Development.
