Looking beyond healing lying solely in the physical body, the team at Inner Hive collectively agree that healing is a body and mind integration. This space was brought to life with this idea at its core, to deliver a unified space centred in creating wholeness.
We offer a variety of yoga classes, enabling us to offer the right style for you and each of our teachers are rooted in a practise of the embodiment of the yoga asanas and the philosophy of the practise.
Inner Hive offers holistic therapies such as Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Holistic Nutrition and more, following the path of integration. We also run Workshops and various Events hosted by local and international professionals.
Our healing space is also a centre that can be hired for you to express and share your work without boundaries.
