I coach because I’ve seen how often people hold themselves back and get in their own way – and I’ve done this myself. Plus, I know from my own experience of running a company, how tough it can be for CEOs and Senior Leaders when they have no support or sounding board. • I’m a professional certified international coach (PCC) with a strong background in IT, company leadership, managing people & projects, and employee engagement.
