The Inner Shift Institute offers legal psilocybin retreats in the Netherlands, Portugal, and Mexico. We combine psychedelic therapy with depth psychology, emotional safety, and a trauma-informed approach. Our work is based on the Inner Shift Method — our signature, structured framework that integrates parts-work (Internal Family Systems), somatic tools and inner child work to support participants in navigating what surfaces during their psilocybin experience.
