InnerJasmine Yoga is a boutique studio in Hinsdale IL, owned by Yoga Alliance Registered Instructor Katya Nayar (Sidelnik) ERYT-500, who’s mission is to create authentic Lifestage yogic experiences for all, anchoring mindfulness, movement, nourishment and rest. fKatya is often heard saying “yoga is more than your physical practice, it is about understanding your relationship with yourself, others and the world around us.”
All are welcome at InnerJasmine. Personally tailored plans are created to assist everyone’s unique goals and intentions on and off their mats. With a focus on cultivating mindfulness, incorporating movement, nourishment and rest into their daily lives. Katya specializes in empowering young girls, assisting with rehabilitation post-surgery, and meeting all those who walk through the doors where they are in their journeys. She recently completed her Yoga for Cancer certification though Sloan Kettering Memorial.
InnerJasmine strives to create a community where individual differences are celebrated as individual journeys are navigated. Each journey is enriched with all aspects of the yogic path, philosophical studies, breath work, physical practice, self-study and meditation. InnerJasmine's vision is to elevate global, community-level awareness and adaptation of Yoga as a lifestyle for sustainable wellness, genuine compassion and personal resilience.
