Our stories illustrate the principles of mindful living and how to apply them in everyday life.“Your Stories” come from users sharing their mindful experiences on our App. With contributions from around the world, innermap is a global storytelling platform. Our guided meditations are unique, practical, & versatile, customized to fast-track users to focus, intentionality, perspective, & more. Our original and innovative “Smart Sounds” can generate energetic, relaxed, and meditative states of mind. Access a sense of mindfulness while doing everyday activities (except operating machinery) with “Smart Sound” albums. At innermap ,we emphasize applied mindfulness: awareness of the choices we make in daily activities like working, driving, arguing, loving … planting seeds for the future of an aware, compassionate planet.
