It is widely acknowledged that top-level sport is 90% mental, or played in the mind. However, it seems that we tend to focus 90% of our time and efforts on the technical and physical aspects of sport, and often not at optimal levels.
Innerspin offers a range of in-person services, from 1-1 to group coaching sessions, as well as speaking engagements that give valuable insight and tools to encourage you to perform at your peak.
Innerspin has been founded by international cricket player Todd Astle. Having experienced numerous ups and downs, both on and off the field, Todd has harnessed his experiences and learnings and his aim is to inspire and empower others to maximise their potential.
The principles of mental peak performance skills can be applied in all sports and in fact to all aspects of our lives. Experience and research show, that when people apply the basic principles, it is more likely that they will perform their tasks more effectively and achieve a higher level of success.
