Innersummit has a story behind its name. Founded in 2004, it came about when founder - Chris Andreou, realised what happens at work and what happens in none work situations; the challenges we face can often feel like we are climbing mountains or climbing summits. Everyone has the summits inside, the inner summits! Innersummit has provided high quality, full-cost leadership and management training programmes for a number of years. During this time, the company established excellent working relationships with many local businesses, providing them with bespoke work force development programmes of learning. As a provider, the company has an excellent reputation both with participants, employers and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). The company is now getting ready to make the transition into delivery of high-quality apprenticeships in the field of leadership, management and business, leading to Chartered Management status, and is a recommended provider of the Chartered Management Institute.
