Innervate Fitness

Innervate Fitness is a Social Enterprise that provides Fitness For All and advocates using Fitness For A Cause. It is a fitness company that offers Functional Fitness training and has developed training programs, targeting at at-risk youths, Disabled individuals and Seniors to help mould their character, thinking so that they can channel their energies to positive outcomes. We specialise corporate packages aimed at giving corporates the opportunity to give back through fitness, group classes and personal training. Our motto at Innervate is Fitness For A Cause, Fitness For All. Our work at Innervate Fitness focuses heavily on using fitness to shape the future and accessibility of fitness. Together with various charitable organisations, we work with various youths, disabled individuals and Senior Citizens whom have been forgotten by their families, schools and society. As a registered Social Enterprise with raiSE Singapore, we rehabilitate and reintegrate them back into society through CrossFit and Fitness programs. Our work is not limited to the programs that are held at Innervate itself, we have expanded and grown beyond to work with various corporates in their CSR and social impact endeavours. Innervate is also the managing agent of external fitness outfits such as imPAct @ Hong Lim Green. Our works expand beyond the physical and on site and are branched through to tech, creating social impact through it! Innervate Fitness is the main organiser of Operation Broken Wing, a regional charity event created to allow CrossFiVers to engage in social good through fitness. We also conduct various other events such as camps, inclusive festivals such that we truly provide fitness for all. Our purpose is to bring the CrossFit community together for a meaningful cause, raising funds for youth at risk and for similar causes.
