Our recommendations may include the adoption of new technology, but frequently focus solely on methods to optimize existing tools and procedures to produce optimal results, or best practices. Our complete process involves a detailed review of a particular process, including a review of all documents, interviews with involved employees and a review of all output from that process to both document the existing process and create recommendations to streamline the process. We can then evaluate the technology, if any, involved in executing that process to see if any hardware or software improvements or additions can be used to alleviate burdens on manpower.
