Founded in 1991, Innocept has developed over 965,000 square feet of real estate throughout Canada and the United States for a total value of over $290,000,000. Innocept maintains its legacy as a successful real estate development, investment, and program management firm for select clients and works with companies including Highstreet Ventures and August Automotive Group as well as having completed projects for companies including Canadian Tire, WestJet, Le Germain Hotels, Mark’s, Sport Chek, and Gold’s Gym. Since 2015, Innocept has been active in Kelowna having completed three downtown condominium projects: The Stockwell (2017), St. Paul (2020), and our recently completed project, Cawston December 2022) - delivering 168 units to the downtown Kelowna market.
